The problem
Manual, spreadsheet-driven exam creation was slowing recruitment cycles and made it hard to fairly compare candidates across roles and difficulty levels.
The approach
Designed a rich question-bank data model and a dynamic test-generation engine that assembles exams in real time based on domain and difficulty. Built dedicated dashboards for HR, managers, administrators, and candidates so each role only sees what's relevant to them.
